Founded in 2014 by principal Randi Wagner, the studio is small by design and deeply hands-on. Each project is led personally, ensuring continuity of vision from concept through completion, guided by equal parts creative intuition and disciplined execution. From full-scale new builds to residential renovations and bespoke furnishings, our work is a study in balance: architecture and landscape, detail and simplicity, function and form.
